Hi I'm Summer...

I am just now getting into loosing weight, well the past year I've been trying but not succeeding. Anybody who has any pointers or healthy foods I can eat please find away to get in touch with me on here. I suffer from a back/hip injury so I need excersize that are not so rough on the back.

    Welcome summer. I had some serious back pain and feel for you. one of my tips is to keep carrots and celery in the front of the fridge (pretty much hanging right in the way). Sometimes when I dive into the fridge for that snack I think I need I see them and it reminds me of my goals. A couple carrots and celery with a big glass of water, wait 20 minutes and see if you are really hungry 9/10 times it does the trick. (its that darn 10th time!). good luck! Also you will hear this a lot, log everything you eat no matter what, its an eye opener on calories, sodium, etc.

    Good luck! I started today too! I also have back injury problems but can tell you it is possible...I have lost some on my own just by not eating ad much and hanging out with friends. Friends keep me moving! Wish you the best!
