I've done it with the help of this great app. For the first time I've hit my target weight of 7st13.

Now the challenge is to maintain it. If I can maintain it and get through the Christmas period with all the lovely nibbles that brings I'll know I've done well

    I too have found success with the app. I've lost 140lbs and feel better than I ever have. Its true that determination and patience really does work! Congratulations to all of us who struggle on a daily basis.8ra2apsypd2j.jpeg

    I was nearly 9 stone at my heaviest and have wee bled up and down. I just couldn't keep the mindset I needed to maintain it. This app is really helping me keep in the right frame of mind.
