Hey! I've been looking for a while to find a good post-workout or even just a filling, daily bar. I wondered what you guys have tried and liked?
For the longest time I was eating Larabars because they are mostly made out of fruit, but they don't keep me full. Lately I've been eating a lot of Cliff bars, but I'm worried about the sugar content. I've also tried caveman bars, nature valley, and fiber one.

I started making my own lately:
protein powder
cashew butter
coconut oil
chia seeds
chopped hazelnuts
Optional, rice crispies
Just mix and mash with a fork and form into balls or bars.
Now I'm hungry, I'm going to go make some!0 -
