30 Day Fitness Challenge


Hey ya'll I started this 30 day Challenge yesterday and thought id post on here just in case anyone would like to do it with me. This would be a great place for us to log How we did and how were are feeling about it all. I thought day one was easy but I did start to feel it this morning and I just did day 2 Crunches sure did make my stomach feel the workout from yesterday. I can't wait to see what results I get :)
