Diet. Starts. Tomorrow. Would be great to connect with some fellow fat fighters on here so we can motivate one another. Also, so I am accountable in a way and think twice before inhaling copious amounts of sugary and fatty rubbish. I'm keen to know if swearing is allowed. I am certain that this journey will incite a lot of negativity at times, for me and I do have a tendency to drop a naughty word from time to time. Looking forward to getting to know you all, feeding off your successes and supporting you when you need it. Jules :smiley:

    Hey - love this plan! Stay away from sugary and fatty rubbish! That is going to be my new motto :) Feel free to send me private messages with literally as much swearing as you'd like - I need the motivation and I feel like the f word gets the point across. You can do it!
