What's one *small* way your significant other offers support?

Sometimes I think the small things are a little more heartwarming than the big things. Don't get me wrong! Overt "you can do it!" support is great too, but there's something about the less noticeable stuff that gets me.
For example, the last two times I ran out of protein powder, my husband went out and bought more for me. He knows I really like to have it but tend to feel guilty about the price (even though it isn't that much), so he's just taken it upon himself to buy it. That simple act says so much to me.
So what's yours?

LOL...he lets me be my crazy, neurotic, sometimes obsessive self. He humours me when I drag my butt up from a workout, even though he himself never works out.....He bought me a scale so I could weigh my food...without rolling his eyes...he picks me up gluten free bread, even though he doesn't need it...0

My boyfriend wanted to have a few drinks with me. He went out of his way to buy this awesome coconut sparkling water for my mixer (no calories) because he knew I was cutting. It was delicious and really sweet of him.0

This made me smile.

My husband goes to the bakery every week. He is a sweet junky but now he stops at our local farmers market and picks me up veggies every week.0

When I told him I was getting a trainer after all these years of DIY, he didn't flinch.0

After a month of me working out my husband bought up on my protein bars. He has now started planning his own workouts. So that is even more motivation for me when he joins in.0

He holds my feet while I do sit-ups.0

He buys me protein drinks when I'm low from Sam's since they are cheaper there. He basically just encourages me as well which is nice.0

My hubba hubba hubby listens when I moan about the scale not moving. He also is great to move my treadmill from room to room whenever I decide I need a change of scenery0
-
My husband also listens to all my fitness journey stories. He doesn't mind that I buy DVDs, weights, and now have a stationary bike next to the treadmill in the living room. He supports a rack in there too but I don't want the rack ruining our view!0

My hubs bought some famcy potato chips the other day said "you gotta set aside some calories to try these!" I really appreciate that he thought of that.0

I'm on maintenance now but all along my husband kept stressing to me that I look beautiful and I don't need to lose for HIM, just myself. Took all the pressure off me

Very sweet!0 -
Never complains about watching the kids so I can go workout.0

He will eat whatever I put in front of him when I make our dinner, even though he knows he can have whatever he wants. He will also ask me if i have enough calories before bringing treats over0
-
He leaves me alone and lets me suggest indulgences (eating out, fast food etc). He is fine with whatever I cook, when it is my turn to cook.
Most important - he does not tuck into leftovers of things he knows are reserved for me (and are often weighed and measured and waiting in the fridge) and in return I make sure I am respectful of his "stash" too.
He does not care if I gain or lose, so I feel no pressure - much better than an ex I used to have who used to say things like "are you going to eat that??"0 -
just the small fact that my husband will eat almost anything I put in front of him. We've been married since May and before our dating he primarily ate out or ate frozen meals. I cook fresh food and he has discovered new and fun things he likes to eat. just being able to cook and he enjoy things is small but means a lot to me.0

At first I thought he wouldn't be supportive because he always encouraged me to eat whatever I want to. Now he sees I'm serious about my weight loss and he does these small things that are really big for me. When we go to sleep he asks how did I do with my calorie balance, when we cuddle he says "wow, you have become so slim, I can feel your bone here" which may not be true but is nice to hear. Now we are planning to have a dinner party with friends for new year's eve and he asked for more veggies and lean meat when they do the shopping. This is so Heartwarming!
I love my husband0 -
Whenever she makes a new recipe she writes down the ingredients so I can track it correctly.0

When he brings me surprises it's usually gourmet tea or coffee, which I love! Also, whenever we share a meal together he always cooks lean protein and happily eats whatever healthy sides I put on the table. He even takes a bite of whatever I cook before asking what it is (and then proceeds to finish it!) I am always so glad he's not a picky eater.0

My husband will hug/touch me and tell me he can feel more muscle. He is always willing to take me shopping for new smaller clothes AND he tells me he's proud of me for working so hard.0

My husband gets up every morning, grinds fresh coffee beans, brews the coffee, brings it to me in bed, kisses me awake, and tells me I am a living goddess. He has been doing this for 26 1/2 years. He tells me I am beautiful all day, every day, and is so totally positive and encouraging. He is my soulmate, my rock, my best friend, my lover, and my inspiration. I know that losing weight won't make him love me more or find me more desirable, but he knows that I will feel so much better about myself and that losing weight will improve my health and wellbeing. There is not a moment of the day that I am not grateful to have this incredible man in my life.0

When bringing home goodies, like ice cream or cookies, he always get them with nuts because I hate nuts in my food and won't even be tempted!0
-
My fiance comments on me getting smaller, he eats tons of sweets but now eats them in the car on the way to or from work and hides the candy wrappers so I don't get jealous, he asks me if I've gotten my steps in for the day and if not will offer to go on a walk around the block...He is a large diesel engine mechanic and works on big rigs all day long so he's super tired when he gets home, so knowing that he's still willing to walk with me after his long day is a really sweet gesture.0

A GIANT SIZED AWWWWWW! FOR ALL OF THIS! It made me cry!
My husband and I have been together for 34 years. The anniversary of the first time he kissed me is this Saturday.
I have always been overweight and he has always loved me unconditionally. Sometimes I think I must have gotten the only good husband in the world because you usually only hear about the bad stuff. It's nice to know that he is part of a worldwide team of good spouses!0 -
Oh! He ASKS FIRST before he puts my little victories on face book. He's so proud of my accomplishments that he wants to blab everything, but some things are just too personal to share with everyone!
Like the first time I saw a little peek of daylight between my thighs when my feet were together! That never happened before!0 -
Oops! I guess everyone knows now!0

My hubby turns on the space heater in my workout room 10-15 mins before I get home so it's warm in there during my workout. And when we go places he always parks way in the back so I can get a little mini workout in while we grocery shop or go out on date night.0

All of these stories made me smile My hubinator encourages me when the scale doesn't move. He tells me that he can see the weight loss in my face, or my clothes and tells me not to give up! He knows my struggle with Bipolar Depression. I am so grateful for this man! 11 years married to the Greatest man in the world!! I can't wait to be the wife that he deserves!0
