Hi! I'm new on the site and I'm really liking it so far. My goal is to lose 25 lbs and tone my entire body. Currently, I lost one pound -- woo hoo! I look forward to meet some new friends w/ the same fitness and health goals.:smile:

    Pretty new here too. Just posted something for the first time a few minutes ago. The first few weeks are a little frustrating with realizing all the crap we love to eat really sucks.. But, then it kind of just became a way of looking at food differently for me. I still eat whatever I want, but I've found that after a while I didn't crave the junk anymore and healthy choices were the easy ones. Best of luck to you, this site really works, eat what you want but don't excede your calorie limit, and you'll reach any goal you set!2172572.png
