Hi everyone,

I'm a 42 yr old father of two boys. I don't think I'm in horrible shape, just want to lose some weight and improve my overall fitness. I've exercised off and on for a large part of my life. Just can't stay consistent. Earlier this year I was blessed with a shoulder injury. It was made worse by what appears to be some nerve damage and I now have a winged scapula. Since I couldn't work out how I wanted I decided to sit around and drink beer. Gained a bunch of weight. Now I've decided enough is enough and am now doing something about it. I realized I had to do something when I went for a hike and got winded very early on. Looking to lose 40 lbs by July 4. Wish me luck.
