I would utilize this app. Make sure you keep your Macros under control. Bulking up just to find out more than half was fat just sucks.0

rice with sausage, pickled beets, broccoli salad,and green beans... Enriched rice probably isn't the best of choices, but getting plenty of veggies

Wish my bulk could include more peanut butter and ice cream. Stupid low TDEE. I'm struggling at trying to gain ONLY .5 lbs per week because I'm hungry as crap.0
