Staying away from sugar

I'd like to be able to cut my sugar habit and cravings to 1/3 of what I normally eat... And get a daily work out routine. I'd also like to work out in the morning but can't get motivated to do it then... I guess cuz I'm such a night owl.

    This is my battle right now too :( I've been trying to only take small amounts of sugary things, but some days it's so hard! Especially in December when there's cookies and chocolate everywhere.
    But for exercise, I put a yoga mat next to my bed a few days ago and am starting to do at least five minutes of yoga as soon as I get out of bed. It's been great so far.

    That's awesome about doing yoga every morning. I have my elliptical 5 ft from my bed, but it's so hard to get going and motivated during those times. I guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and start trying it. Just like starting up the work out, it was hard to get a routine in the first place. After a few weeks though it got much easier to do.
