Thought I'd post some more progress pics! I was looking through my iphone last night and saw photos I took in april so i put them together with recent ones.

I was about 145lb in the first pics and about 135 in the second, so not that much difference in weight but still! I'm 133.4lb now!

Hi, I was wondering what BMI calculator you use as I have seen many people your height aiming for about 120-130 pounds. My BMI calculator puts me at 135 pounds at 5'6'' (exactly middle of healthy BMI. I have wondered whether my BMI is accurate after reading all these.

Hello, your BMI calculator is correct! My BMI right is is 20.5, which is perfectly healthy, but even at 120 my BMI would still be in the healthy range (it would be 18.5, which is right at the bottom, but still) I use http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

The 'heathy' weight range is really stretched, I was still in my healthy weight when I was 154lb
