I am new to the website...just started about a week ago. I did a cleanse process which kick started my weight loss and was down 5-6 pounds but now I have gained 2 back. I know it's only been a week and I do not want to stress but it is a little frustrating to see that when I have been working out every day. I have been trying to follow the program here but I never seem to get enough calories in. I really need to lost about 30 pounds. Should I stay with following this plan? Do some sort of diet within? Or not each as many carbs? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

weight can fluctuate in a week, and a total loss of 3lbs in one week is great! Best to weigh your self on the same day at the same time every week too see the most accurate results.
