My Insanity 30 Day Results!

Good Morning MFP-

Well, today marks day 30 of Insanity for me! I have been really digging deep these past 30 days, and I was pretty amazed by my day 1 and day 30 side by sides! I have decided that I'm not going to weigh myself until day 63....So, here are my before and after measurements as well as b/a pictures!

Day 1- May 16, 2011
Bust- 34 inches
Chest- 29.5 inches
Waist- 30.5 inches
Hips- 38 inches
right arm- 12 inches
right thigh- 23.4 inches
left arm- 12.4 inches
left thigh- 23.5 inches

Day 30- June 14, 2011
Bust- 34 inches
Chest 28.5 inches
Waist- 28 inches
Hips- 37.5 inches
Right Arm- 11.5 inches
Right Thigh-22.5 inches
Left Arm- 12 inches
Left Thigh- 23 inches

so, that is a total of 6.3 inches lost...... =D
