Stuck!

I've been keeping track of everything for about 3 weeks now. I've lost 5 pounds (my weight fluctuates between 153 and 155) But I've seem to have already hit a plateau. It seems like the only way I actually loose any weight is if I work out for 2.5 to 3 hours a day. But I'm exhausted and right now I'm sick. What do I do? I'm always under my calorie goal, but I'm not losing anything. Its so frustrating.

ADVISE ANY ONE!?

Bump....I have the same problem! I've been the same weight for 3 weeks now. I had to stop running because of a leg injury. So I'm waiting for it to heal. I haven't been going over my calories, and I've been walking everyday, but yet still nothing.

    times you eat at
    portions
    sugar and carb content
    water retention

loads of things could be holding you back from losing more weight

My calorie goal was set at 1420. I lowered it to 1200. Maybe that will help.
