I have been using the calorie and exercise tools for a few week and thought i should come at say hi, i'm a full time mum with 5 children - 2 step daughters,
i've been trying to lose weight since the new year but have only managed 1st so far, i need more motivation!!

    Hi I'm a full-time mum of 3 as well and I think we often forget about ourselves and how important looking after ourselves is. I think we just have to take each challenge as it comes each day and remember each achievement is in the right direction. I'm really annoyed with myself as I've put on 3-4 kg after I reached my goal weight in January damn damn damn! Biggest mistake I made I thought I could do it without myfitness. If I'd stuck to it I wouldn't have cheated quite so easily. :-)

    glad i'm not the only one that finds myself struggling balancing the kids, the tools and counters on here really help you keep on track
