Hi!
Does working out more increase weight gain? I recently went from a 30 minute workout to a 60-120 minute workout depending on the day.
However, I also have been eating more... And I wouldn't be surprised if I gained a little weight. HOWEVER... This is my weight gain over the week...

12/11- 126.6
12/12- 127.6
12/13- 128.0
12/14- 125.8
12/15- 127.2
12/16- 127.7
12/17- 128.8
12/18- 130.2
Help! Is this real?

How much were you over your calories each day? You'd have to be over by around 1000 calories a day.

I'd be very surprised if this was real weight. Sounds more like hormones/water/normal fluctuations.

Thanks for the input. I will start my period Friday so maybe this could cause some gains as well...

Definitely. I put on around 2kgs (4ishlbs) the week before my period, which drops down again 2 days in.

What kind of exercise are you doing? Weights/cardio?

Thanks for the information! Right now I've been doing a lot of cardio, but I did light resistance yesterday.
