I successfully lost some weight and got into a great exercise habit 2 years ago but am slipping some now. A busy travel schedule means that I need an active Internet buddy. Let's talk and see if you and I are a good pair!

    I am just starting out, and would like to set up a network of accountability buddies. My goal weight is 177 by December 31, 2016. I am a student and teacher. Let me know if this is what you are requesting.

    So, I am following the Beck Diet Solution program, which is a cognitive/behavioral approach. I need a partner who is highly motivated and will keep me accountable. I don't have much weight to lose - and perhaps that means we have different goals.
