Restarting after losing hope

I've used MFP and similar tools before and know from experience that more important than which system I choose is to try to really dive in and use it fully. In other words, whatever cool stuff is on the screen to help I still need to put in the work.
I had kind of thought that leaving my abusive ex a few years ago would get me motivated again like I have been in the past. But even with therapy I'm just barely clawing my way back. My biggest problem is eating to mask anxiety (he got the house, I got the PTSD). I get anxiety attacks and just can't seem to eat enough.
Anyway, I'd love to find a few friends on here that know about or are researching this kind of anxiety related eating.
Take care,
Sarah

I don't know much about anxiety, but know this, you can do this. You can learn new ways to respond to anxiety that a healthier than eating to try to cover it up.0
