Ok I'm new to all this so I have chicken breast 110 calories per 4 ounces I just bought a food scale and I weighed one breast its 10.2 oz when I go to enter in mfp do I divide 10.2 by 4 oz lol? To get my serving size

If the entry you find in the database just has the 4 oz options, then yes, you've got it right! You would enter 2.55 servings if you eat the entire chicken breast. Some entries also include the 1 oz option, so you could enter 10.2 in that case.
Make sure the entry you picked matches the nutrition on the label, and, if you weigh the chicken breast raw, make sure you use an entry here that is raw as well.
Also, if your scale has the option to weigh food in grams, try that at some point, too, as grams are more precise than ounces.
