Beck diet buddy?

Hi! 30 yo guy here. Also a psychiatrist (MD) in NYC trained in CBT. I stumbled upon the Beck Diet Solution from its author and am looking for a friend to coach and be coached. Anyone familiar with the program/book?

    There are a bunch of Beck fans on MFP. I have been using the strategies since May and feel like they have helped me a make a really positive step to climbing off the diet roller coaster.

    As an MFT, I too am trained and use CBT effectively. While able to identify triggers, likelihood, etc for myself, I can't seem to make a dent!
