"Only" 22lbs...

This is my first attempt at photos...so if it doesn't work forgive me...

I am a heavy woman...and I have "only" lost 22lbs...I couldn't SEE any difference till I put the photos side by side...PLEASE if YOU can't see any difference yet in your journey..know that it IS there!! Its just hard to see when you see yourself every day!!!!

    I can DEFINATELY see the difference. I get what you mean though - I did the same. I dont FEEL much smaller - though clothes fit differently but seeing comparison photos definately helps!!!!

    I can definitely see a difference in your mid section and losing 22 lbs is just AWESOME!
