Look into a structured program. I don't know what you're goals on but I don't see why you'd want to do that many squats.
Nerdfitness.com, You Are Your Own Gym, and Convict Conditioning are good bodyweight programs. Darebee also has quite few challenging programs as well (all mostly bodyweight exercises).
Strong Curves offers programs for beginners and advanced and for both weights and bodyweight.
If you have access to a gym or equipment, you could look into Stronglifts or ICF 5x5, Starting Strength or Allpros.
Other ones you might think about looking into are Fitness Blender or Daily Burn.

The calorie burn isn't that much, but they have other benefits along with other bodyweight and resistance exercises.0

Honest ones usually are. 3 sets of 25 reps, bodyweight won't burn much at all. It IS a good avenue for getting up the gumption to try strength training, though. Unfortunately, not a lot of calorie burn there, either. Strength goals aren't about that, though. Cardio will burn a lot, and strength training will preserve muscle, in a deficit.0 -

If you're primarily concerned with burning calories, you will probably want to focus more on straight cardio. Having said that, squats are a great exercise.0

25 squats and 25 glute bridges every day and my booty looks FAB in leggings now.0
