You can do this...just take it one meal at a time!! My husband is a personal trainer and he helped me loose weight. Best advise he gave is to get outside for a walk-- walk everywhere-- grocery shopping and get a Fitbit to count your steps try for 10,000 steps a day. Drink lots of water with minerals-- Fiji or Evian water, drink at least 2.5 Liters. He tells me to drink water when I'm hungry-- and that has helped me.

Thanks guys I appreciate it :)
  • Hey Regginator! Have you tried plugging in your info into IIFYM. I have always tried a low carb diet. This time around I'm going to give that a try. My brother has had lots of success with it. Just an idea.
