I need encouragement as I'm sure some of us do I started this app last year and let it go at the time I was 150lbs and now I'm 170lbs I'm so depressed about my look and I need to make a change!

You can do it, stick with the logging every item you eat. Add as a friend if you want I am a great cheerleader!0

You can definitely lose the weight. I lost about 25 lbs in 3 months. Unfortunately when I started nursing school I gained 10 back(high stress/poor time management). I haven't given up, but this time around I'm looking for mfp friends so we can motivate each other on our fitness journey. feel free to add me if you want. Let's do this!! :-) :-)0
