Half Way There

I started this journey in August 2015 when knee pain left me unable to do the things I enjoy. With 100lb to lose I bought a Fitbit and registered with MFP, started to walk more, eat more moderately, joined a gym. This week I reached the half way point with 51lbs lost but more importantly much less knee pain, much more energy and a brighter outlook on life. Hope sometime next year I'll be able to post my target photos.
