this time and another

Hi folks! I am a 72yr old (birthday today!) grandmother who has joined FitnessPal so that I can keep track of what I eat. I first joined 4 years ago and achieved nothing but since then have lost 30lbs or so which is amazing. Mainly by low carb eating. At least I am keeping off sugar and most grains but my birthday and Christmas Day are the two exceptions! Seriously-JUST TWO DAYS (the capitals are for me not you).

Hi there! I'm 71 as of Dec 7 this year! Have kept off 106 lbs since March 2010... The most important tool in my toolbox, is counting my calories every day. I also weigh and measure ...everything! It's so worth it... I've never been able to keep off weight previously.... I know you can do it, Lizzie! And this is such a great tool for calculating food input!

    Hugs,
    Sue
