During the holiday season being a retail manager has consumed my time I haven't logged my food intake in a long time I have not gained or lost New Years resolution to log my food intake everyday

    I've been there (retail management for 20 years). Sounds like you are doing a great job of maintaining during this hectic time which is a great accomplishment. Getting good at logging after things settle down should keep you from falling back into bad habits.
