Trying to decide where to focus

Hello all,
There is not a section for this, so here goes.....
I have 110 pounds to lose. I am also trying to quite smoking. I could very easily quit smoking, but the side effect of not smoking initially is snacking more than I should. So I guess my question is quit smoking or stick to diet. I guess my will power to not over eat is very low. I would like to do these at the same time, but maybe some suggestions/thoughts.

get a vaporizer like the mvp 3.0 pro kit, get 12-18mg nicotine ejuice/eliquids (or no nicotine ones if you can do without the nicotine right away) of your favorite sweet/food flavors (what sweet/flavors you would normally snack on probably would be best if available). quit smoking, start your diet and use vaporizer whenever you have the urge to snack more than you should.
i used strawberry milkshake to curb my wanting to eat when i originally quit smoking, i gained less than 5lbs and thats without dieting. if you are in US, recommend heathersheavenlyvapes for ejuices, i rarely found a flavor i did not like with hers.

Replace smoking with celery or carrot sticks.
I hear smoking is a lot to do with sticking things in your mouth, ever seen someone quit smoking and start sucking on pens.
But I have never smoked or quit smoking so I'm not sure.0 -
I have quit before so it's not really a habit in that sense. And no smoking isn't an oral fixation for me. I have used the vaps before, and it hurt my lungs more than cigs do. I guess I'm just concerned about maintaining my diet. I'm a closet eater which I'm also trying to change with a limit of no eating past 7. After that is usually when I add all the unwanted calories. Thanks for your guy's input!!0

Having watched my mother die from smoking, you don't want to go there - trust me. Quit the smoking, and switch to a low carb diet to minimize any further fat deposition. Nobody said it was going to be easy!0
