Chicken dinner for two...200 calories to 300 calories

This meal is not 200 calories, it is about 60 calories. s

2 whole skinless boneless chicken breast cut into strips
1 cup of raw cut mushrooms
1 cup of sliced bell peppers
a tea spoon of garlic in virgin olive oil
and if you like spice, 1 whole cut jalepeno pepper

On medium head add olive oil to pan with minced garlic
add in cut mushrooms and bell peppers with jalepenos.
Saute for five minutes. this makes a flavor for the chicken.
add the cut chicken breast. and saute untill chicken is tinder and cooked.
Do not over cook the chicken.

this meal is hearty because of all the protein. Protein fills the empty calories so it fills you longer. this mean is great alone. All together it takes 15 minutes to cook. this mean meal has approximately 60 calories total for a serving which is about a cup. Add in your favorite no to low calorie vegies to make this your own. ENJOY!!!

    THis meal is a 60 calorie meal. Lol way less than original post. which is better. The peppers and mushroom post little nutritional value.
