Hi everyone, a dear friend gave me this website, and I am really getting into logging what i eat. The hardest part is when i go to a restraunt or somewhere where the food isn't cut and dry. meaning it has a mixture of things in it. I do my best to keep track but
it can be difficult. With that said, what is everyone eating for the meals.

If you are talking about what do I eat at restaurants as far as meals...Well, typically I try to look up the nutrution facts for the place before I go, that way, I know exactly what I should order (vs what I really want to order) and try to keep it as simple as I can so I don't run into what you are talking about, the guesstimating. For example, yesterday I went to ruby tuesday. I got the BBQ chicken and veggies for sides. I had the grilled green beans and the tomato and balsamic. It made it really easy to enter and that meal was all less than 400 calories. I usually tend to stick to a fish or chicken dish, or steak of some sort with veggies for sides (no more fries or mashed for me...:( ). I don't know if that helps or not.0
