I'm here to lose weight and meet some new friends along the way . I been trying sense Sept 2014 to lose weight its a struggle I need people to motivated me and keep me going

Hi. I have been struggling to lose weight since 2014 as well. I ruptured my Achilles tendon and gained 100 lbs within a year. I believe that with motivation and support from friends we can do this!0

I feel same way I have been doing it on my own with no logging and it felt great I love not logging but I heard logging was important0

Hi chrissywebb my doctor wants me to look into having bariatric surgery but i am going to see if i can do this on my own. I have been following the lowcarbtraveler and her tips meal ideas are fantastic. I come here to log everything because i am amazed at how many carbs will kill a diet...if you are low carbing. Here is a menu that i printed out and posted on my fridge. I then log it into myfitnesspal. I exercise for 30 min 3 days a week on the treadmill.

Logging is important because i ate too much fruit yesterday and it pt me over my carb goal. Hope all this helps ya.

I just came back to MFP. I need to lose 60 lbs. I gained a lot of weight and have very little stamina/energy since doing a medical treatment in 2012. I've tried several "diets" with no luck. I just found a program that so far is working so came back here to also help myself. Logging is important. You'll be surprised how many calories sneak by you if you don't log. This is doable! Support and encouragement helps a lot.0
