I started eating 2 egg whites,oatmeal,and yogurt with water.0

- Oatmeal with flax or chia seeds and fruit
- 2 eggs, 1 slice bacon, with toast
- Greek yogurt with granola and fruit
- Omelette muffins

Oatmeal!! It's fast, easy and well balanced. Most mornings I have oatmeal with cinnamon, half an apple and a protien shake.0

Protein, fat & fiber are all filling.
Oats made with milk, add nuts and craisins. You can make several servings ahead of time (crockpot oatmeal).
Greek yogurt with fruit, nuts and FiberOne or Kashi GoLean cereal.0 -
Tub of Greek yogurt or a Cliff bar. Simple and can be eaten on the go.0

I either do two eggs with a piece of fruit or a low calorie greek yogurt with a serving of natural nuts and a piece of fruit. Always with green tea.0
