Out of shape

Just today I climbed to third flor in my office building and I run into my boss office winded. I couldn't even speek clearly becouse of beeing out of breath. It was quite awkward to stand near his desk panting while he was overlooking documents.
I think it's the last time for me to start doing some exercises to get in shape!

It's moments like those that give you clarity Hun. As embarrassing as it was, it may just have been the log you needed to fuel your motivation fire. I'm happy for you :) Hang on to that feeling and start planning your next steps. Best of luck on your journey

Take baby steps. I've gone from barely being able to walk around the block without huffing and puffing to walking 3 - 6 miles a day and getting ready to train for my first half-marathon.

Changes can and do happen. It just doesn't happen overnight.

Slowly build up your endurance and strength and you will be able to climb up those stairs without being out of breath.

    I wish you the best!

I have stopped exercising a few years back due to my back injury. I can tell my body is not happy. Just getting out of bed every morning is a chore. I need to change my lifestyle in general : exercise and stop looking for a miracle weight loss and just eat healthier.
