Back after 2 year hiatus.

I'm back! Been gone a while. Trying a new approach. Before I was doing good, watching my calories and exercising a lot. Then work got in the way and couldn't keep up, and gained back all the weight I had worked so hard to lose.
Now doing a new diet plan that is working very well and no exercise to start. 30 days in so far, 10 more days to go then I'm back to the gym 3 times a week but I'll be able to eat more. I'm hoping I can him my 30 lbs loss by day 40.

Hi there, best of luck! I thought I would piggy-back on here because I too am back after a 2+ year hiatus.
In 2013, I lost about fifteen pounds and got in great shape with MFP! Life happened, and I have gradually gotten close to where I was before (however, with a better distribution of fat and better overall health, in my opinion).
I am currently limiting my calorie intake and watching my macros again. I am not enrolled in a gym this time, and do not plan on enrolling in one soon (trying to buy free weights soon). I do not own a scale nor a car, so I bike and walk to get around. I plan on enrolling in a yoga center soon too. I'm a pescatarian and live in Santiago, Chile
My goal is simply to just look and feel better than I do now by February, and then decide where to go for there. I would love to have some new, active friends on MFP!0
