My name is Constance

Hello. My name is Constance. This isn't my first time around with myfitnesspal. I went through the weight wise program out of Edmonton ab a few years ago, and unfortunately that path wasn't the right one. So I am trying this again, and am trying to keep positive. New home. New city. New goals. I need to lose 55 lbs in order to get the gastric bypass in the province I currently in as my bmi is too high. So I am trying my best! It's great to read posts and know that I am not alone.
