I haven't ate since noon, been very busy today and I'm very hungry. They said not to eat after 8, but is it ok to eat late and not gain? I go to bed late anyway.

They do not understand CICO.
Or eating before bed makes them uncomfortable. Some people have acid reflux.0 -
Eating anything heavy in proteins seems to keep me awake. Plus going to the potty wakes me up and I have trouble falling back asleep.
It is best for me not to eat or drink 2 hours before bed. Not b/c of weight, but b/c of other things.0 -
Why do they say it will be stored as fat? That can't be true right?0

Not true.
I'm not science-y. Maybe someone else can post a study.
I eat in bed, up until I'm about ready to sleep. I have lost and maintained weight doing this.0 -
They have no idea what they are talking about. Stop listening to them and eat dinner. I eat around 9 or later most nights.0

I makes no different as long as your calories eaten for the day are less than the calories you burn. Eat your food.0

After being so hungry I binge ate at my grandparents. I only had 310 for lunch and today is my pawpaw's birthday and she made food, homemade cake and homemade peanut butter balls and I ate a lot of sugar. I hope it was under 20000

I definitely eat something an hour or so before bed. I can't fall asleep hungry. Just had my 6 cups of air popped popcorn. As long as its within your calories for the day, or even the week if you're keeping track, you'll be fine.0

Plan your day to get the right number of protein and calories. Eat whenever you want to. When you eat, your body will process your food.BlackPantherChick123 wrote: »After being so hungry I binge ate at my grandparents. the only reason why i stopped was because i had terrible heart burn if i lay down soon after. also it was extra calories i didnt really need, just me being greedy. the same people who tell you not to eat after a certain time wont really know why they are telling you that but will probably also tell you to cut out bread and pasta too. dont mind them.
people are on different schedules for work, what if you get home late from work you cant then starve.0
