Hi,
Can someone help me how to record: "Hormel - Fully Cooked Bacon Sams, 4 slices"
After microwaving bacon slices, I wrap them in a kitchen tissue and press to remove excess grease emitted, so I believe some fat is gone from the slices, my question is how to accurately record that in my food diary ? Please suggest

I record it as listed on the package. I would not try to subtract calories for grease soaked into a paper towel, personally,0

Bacon is bacon... wiping excess grease is not going to change the fat content by any substantial amount.
Maybe decrease the amount of slices you have and sub it with something healthier.

Are you meeting your protein macro?If so, you don't really have much to worry about. Protein and fat macros are more of a minimum goal to be met rather than a goal to eat under. Eat up to protein, up to fat, and then fill the rest with carbs while staying in your overall calorie goal.
Remember, it's excess calories that increase fat, not fat in your food.0 -
