Do you have a microwave? What foods do you eat?

Yes, I have access to a microwave. I like just about anything; nothing too spicy. I have been bringing those frozen meals, Lean Cuisine or something, but they are so high in sodium. I like salad too but it seems like I am always too hungry afterward.

Leftovers? Grilled chicken breast from last night with side of veggies and an apple? Frozen meals have so little food, they leave you hungry. You need lots and lots of protein and fiber for lunches.

One of my fave lunches to bring to work is smoked salmon bagel with laughing cow cheese and cucumbers. I either use a thin bagel or weight watchers and I find it very filling. Pair with with a piece of fruit and I'm good. It's actually what I had for lunch today :)

Leftovers are always great. In the winter I like making soups and chili and then bring those for lunch.

Steel cut oats wit nuts and raisins.
Yogurt or cottage cheese with peanut butter.
    Beans with rice.
    Chic peas with cucumbers.

My go to lunch is half a tuna sandwich (or a tuna wrap), and apple and a mini chocolate bar.

Lettuce wraps might be a fun way to add some zing! Fresh spring rolls are another way to add veggies and protein. Plus I just love the peanut sauce you can make to dip the roll into!
