    25ish sounds about right.

Why is your bench so low?

Mid 20's, agreed. Not quite 30, but not that far away.

    It's not that low.

For a man of 165 pounds UNTRAINED the average is 120lbs.

So how much weight should I be cutting w/o losing too much strength/muscle? I was thinking around 1.5 lb a week of what you're saying is true about my body fat%

Between 25% and 30% does not mean 30%+
And to me you look closer to 25% than 30%
0.5% to 0.7% of your bodyweight per week for maximum fat free mass sparing
Which means somewhere around 1lb reducing as you go down.

I was 155-160 before, I've been doing calisthenics because of the lack of time I have, going to the gym and back takes a bunch of my time. Just so you know why, school+dance everyday+days I film=;(

Newb question: what's a "clean bulk"?

Eat in calories surplus but as healthy as possible; no processed foods, only vegetables+meat, basically bulking + all natural foods

This isn't really the definition of a clean bulk.

The definition of a clean bulk is a bulk where you focus on keeping fat gains as minimal as possible. That's it.

A dirty bulk is where you don't care about fat gains in addition to the muscle gains and gain more fat.

A clean bulk is not about the types of food, it's about the rate of fat gain involved in the overall process.

Also, this thread had been dead for over a month. Way to zombie.
