Mile a day. December challenge.

The premise is simple. Travel one mile per day (on purpose for the point of exersizing), whether you walk, run, swim, cycle etc just move. One mile that's all. If you want to do more great, if you just finished a mammoth training schedule and don't feel you can 't then just a slow walk or whatever you can manage. The idea is the firstly get into a routine and secondly to do lots of little bits of exersizing which soon adds up. I did this in October with moderate success, but then only managed 10 miles in November. So I'll be posting in here to keep me on track for December. Who will join me?
