I hope i am not confusing anybody, I am going to a 3 day convention in a few weeks and need help what to eat throughout the day won't be able to go and grab food for several hours.

I try to stop at a grocery store and get sugar snap peas, carrot sticks, celery sticks. if stuck in a hotel I try to utilize the free breakfast and take fruit and veg to eat throughout the day.
