how is peanut butter 'junk food'????0 -
Great keep update how it's going!
I'm not sure, maybe because in most of them there is lots of added sugar!0 -
Many of the foods on there I wouldn't consider "junk food" (peanut butter? bread?). I applaud your efforts, but I prefer to eat those things in moderation as I can.0

Well, whole grain bread isn't junk but white bread is but i don't eat bread anyway!0

So What about January 4th until Valentine's Day? Because not many people can commit to that through the holidays!0

OMG, no chocolate? No way.
The first six make me so very, very sad.0 -

Labelling food good / bad / junk leads to yo-yoing IMHO
By all means if you can't stop eating something eliminate it
But a healthy approach in my view is to work out what you can eat within your calories allowance to hit your nutritional goals and to focus on eating foods that you enjoy0 -

Haha! No chocolate will be challenging for me, but i can do it0 -
I'm sure you can but I don't see why you would want to follow a fad0

Well, I agree with the part about eliminating foods that you cant stop eating. I eliminated fizzy drinks 6 years ago and I never even think about drinking it again.
I try eating as healthy as possible and these foods only make me crave them even more! So for me only eliminating works. But we are all different

It's Christmas Eve and I started my annual goodie baking yesterday. There are 2 types of fudge, 3 types of chocolate bark, peanut butter balls and cake balls in my fridge right now. I have bowls out and ready to make snowball, chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar and cinnamon roll cookies.
Today is not a good day to cut out sugar or chocolate or peanut butter from my diet. I'll probably consume 1/2 my calories in just licking my fingers.0 -
Wow sounds delicious! Than enjoy Christmas Eve goods, there will be time after holidays to take a little break from sugar!!0

I couldn't do this over the holiday season but I could start January 2nd.0
