Calories Burned Running

Just ran 5km in 28:44.

Used a calculator that incorporated my weight, height, age and sex and distance / time to figure out how many calories burned. It was nearly 900. I find that hard to believe, the machine only said 400.

    400 Sounds correct. I run 3-4 5Ks per week and I average around 380.
