Anyone know good exercises that won't aggravate arthritis, it's really active right now, my elbows are extremely sore and trying to find exercises still to keep me mobile ..

I've found using a good quality rebounder (mini-trampoline) to help me a lot. Needak is a good brand. You can simply gently bounce when you are struggling with flareups. And when you are feeling better, you can walk or jog, do jumping jacks, twists and all sorts of fun things. I swim for my OA and that helps alot+ acquagym, lots of stretching in the morning and yoga. I need to stay limber.0
