High protien/low carb diet/sugar intolorance

Hi there everyone, so far I've lost about 24 lbs by a combination of exercise and eating about 1200-1300 calories a day of high protien ( fish, meat, tofu, eggs) etc diet with plenty of veggies, fruits and healthy fats ( nuts, avocado) and health complex carbs like beans, lentils, and ezekiel bread. I was 142 now I am 116 and would like to be about 105-110 ( or maybe a little more with muscle) My question is, I have a very high intolorance for sugar/simple carbs. They actually make me sick to my stomach/have symptoms of hypoglycemia, even too much fruit makes me feel sick. I also stay away from alcohol, soda and white bread/rice/pasta etc. Does anyone else suffer from this? I also have fibromyalgia which I think is triggered by sugar. After I loose the weight should I just up my calories and continue to refrain from any sugar/white carbs whatsoever?

I would keep eating whatever makes you feel best, just eat more of it.

I have a good friend who discovered he gets wicked headaches whenever he eats sugar. He can tolerate ONE strawberry. Anything more and he feels bad for days. He's the only person I know who is like this - but it certainly is a thing, just not very common.
Your diet sounds very healthy and balanced to me.

    What is your height?
Also, I think you should go to the doctor for blood tests...those foods should not actually make you sick, unless you had a large amount of them.
I think you should be aware of it, if you have a blood sugar condition.

I don't get sick sick, but I don't feel well after drinking apple juice, and I can certainly tell the difference after eating bread made from flour vs sprouted grains like Ezekial. I rarely drink these days, but when I do, it's not on an empty stomach. I was never a soda drinker.

For the most part, I avoid foods that bother me, and accept that I will have to pay the consequences if I indulge. I have chemical sensitivities, which has some overlap with FM, and cleaning up my diet played a huge role in getting better.

What exercises do you do and how often?
Here's a study that seems to support your eating. :)
