new vivofit for xmas

Hi. Got a new vivofit for Christmas. Hoping it helps track my activity better than I am tracking it now. Any suggestions from anyone who has been at this for awhile?

    Just stopped in to say hi. I also got the vivo for xmas. I hope it helps me with my weight loss goal.

    I just got mine about a week ago I've lost 1.8lbs already so it has helped me be more aware hopefully you'll love yours add me on the garmin app also if you want to my username is Coffin_Qutee
