I will like to know can you add home improvement projects as cardio because I'm gutting my bathroom and i can fell the burn every time i swing the hammer, and if i can what can i put it under.

    Im sure you could specially if youre feeling it and sweating its working your body.

    I looked and it doesn't say anything for construction. so what should i put it as.:glasses: :wink: :laugh: :smile:

    I found a listing for carpentry, general. Used it to log building a set of steps on a porch.
