Hi there guys
I have a fitness exam on Tuesday coming up. The fitness test consists of a bleep test. The level required I'd 5.4 st 15 metres
I have been running outside and can run 1 mile in about 12 minutes still slow
I was thinking of having one last run on Saturday I have not run since Monday I was injured with a pulled muscle in my neck now it's better though

I have been doing ruining and can run 2.3 miles roughly in 28 minutes it is slow much improvements have been made
I could not jog for 3-4 minutes 8 weeks ago so it's better0 -
Did you try a beep test app?0

A proper warm up immediately prior to the beep test should help loads. Walk to slow jog for 15mins prior will help you get the most out of the test. In the long term increasing distance and doing interval sessions will help with increased pace0
