Best type of oats?

Aside from any flavored or instant pre-flavored oats, what's your favorite kind of oatmeal? Instants oats, Steele cut, cream of wheat??? Pretty much any type of hot cereal? I prefer bobs 10 grain hot cereal! It is so good! I really enjoyed the flavor and texture from myoatmeal.com, but can't find a cut or type of oat similar. What do you guys all prefer!?(:

    I love steel cut oats

    Put a little coconut oil in them and cinnamon

    Mmmmmm

    They are very slow release carbs great for long bike rides

    Instant oats for me. Pour low-fat milk with it, and done!

    Not sure if the nutritional value is less than rolled oats, I never compared.

    I prefer the texture of steel cut oats. Requires a wait, but easy to do in the rice cooker.

    I like steel cut oats for savory recipes and rolled oats for sweet recipes or oatmeal bakes

    At one point I loved steel cut oats! I cooked them in the crock pot over night so I could have them ready in the morning.
