MFP community.. I wasn't a heavy child, but I did grow up with unhealthy eating habits. I truly became heavier after my 1st child, but can you call it baby weight when he's 14? Lol. I went from 135?to deliver @ 256. I got back down to 156... And gave yoyo'd ever since. I don't eat horribly or binge, but I either don't eat enough or eat slightly too much to ever lose. I know what to do and can do it ..IF I JOURNAL.. I just need to stay focused. I grew up playing sports And I like the gym and working out.. I got bit by a dog recently.. But once I'm out of splint ., I'll be back. I'm an apple shape so weight comes on fast and this is forever. I want people that can say.. Hey why haven't you journaled etc.. Ir don't mind saying.. Why did u eat that... Is that you? Friend me.. I have 50 plus lbs I want to lose FOREVER!!!!

    I am a yo-yo dieter as well. Now that I am 48, I have damaged my body irreprably. I will lose the weight again but there will be an excess of skin this time. :( My skin is no longer as elastic.
